Terms & Conditions of detik11

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable account created by a User to access and use the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required for all accounts before large withdrawals or when otherwise requested by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet amount that must be placed using bonus funds before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of online gambling services is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Platform" means the detik11 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services accessible at https://detik11.cam.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software developer whose casino games or sports data feeds are made available through the Platform.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the detik11 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. detik11 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with responsible gambling obligations.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local or national law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of detik11 or any of its affiliated Game Providers.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account suspension or closure.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not undergoing treatment for, a gambling addiction or related disorder at the time of registration. If you develop such a condition after registration, you are encouraged to use our responsible gambling tools immediately.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold and operate a maximum of one (1) active Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid and personal email address to which you have exclusive access.
• Your date of birth.
• Your current residential address.
• A mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials. Any activity carried out through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify detik11 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

detik11 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from detik11 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) frameworks, detik11 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, and may request KYC documentation at any time.

Verification documents required may include one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence) showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of current residential address — such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence — issued within the past three (3) months.
• A recent selfie photograph holding your identity document.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of DuitNow account, e-wallet profile, or bank account under your registered name).

Verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of submission. During this period, withdrawal requests may be held pending. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within a reasonable time following request will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is successfully completed.

Deposits & Payments

detik11 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank Online, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, BNB). All account balances and transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• detik11 charges zero transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account in real time or within five (5) minutes, depending on the payment channel used.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations and converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.
• detik11 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits in accordance with our AML policy.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name and previously used to make a deposit, subject to KYC verification. detik11 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within three (3) minutes to three (3) business hours depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawal requests received outside banking hours for FPX and bank transfer channels may be queued until the next available banking window.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held until verification is approved.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied their applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not form part of any withdrawal amount.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, detik11 reserves the right to temporarily freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold.

Bonuses & Promotions

detik11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount depending on the specific offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each offer. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings at expiry.
• detik11 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, collusion between players, or placing of bets that hedge bonus positions — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Birthday bonuses are awarded automatically to verified accounts and are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x unless otherwise specified at the time of the offer.
• Referral bonuses are credited upon the referee completing their first qualifying deposit and are subject to a 15x wagering requirement.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed through the detik11 platform are subject to our official Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated herein by reference. The following general principles apply to all betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. detik11 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after placement, except in circumstances where a clear and verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, detik11's ruling is final. Decisions are based on official results from governing bodies, including but not limited to FIFA, the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), the English Premier League (EPL), and the UFC.
• detik11 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by irregular betting patterns, data errors, or events of force majeure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted at detik11's sole discretion without prior notice.
• Winnings are credited to the Account Balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). detik11 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the detik11 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account per person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or accepting funds from third parties for the purpose of gambling.
• Using the Platform if you have voluntarily registered for a self-exclusion programme.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards detik11 staff or other users.

Responsible Gambling

detik11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all users. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Changes that reduce limits take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after defined intervals of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period from 24 hours to six (6) months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration for a minimum of five (5) years. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the detik11 Platform are the exclusive property of detik11 or its licensed third-party partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the Platform's content.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any detik11 content or materials.
• Use any detik11 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, detik11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

detik11 shall not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to losses arising from account compromise due to the disclosure of your login credentials to a third party.

In all cases where detik11's liability to you is established under applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination & Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting detik11 customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of bonus funds and outstanding wagering requirements) will be refunded to a verified payment method in your name within five (5) business days, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

detik11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations that necessitate account closure.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 5, deducted from the Account Balance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through detik11's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may seek resolution through available legal channels. All disputes should be raised with detik11 in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute".

Amendments to These Terms

detik11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, save for material changes which will be communicated to registered users via email. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
